Return and refund policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Silnovo. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read this Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

The product received is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was delivered.

The return request is raised within 3 calendar days of delivery.

A complete unboxing video is provided clearly showing the issue at the time of opening the package.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Returns without a valid unboxing video or those raised after the 3-day return window will not be accepted.
2. Return Process
To request a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our support team at support Silnovoinfo@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.

Mention your order number, reason for return, and attach the unboxing video clearly showing the issue.

Once reviewed and approved, our team will share the return pickup or self-shipping instructions.
Return Shipping & Fees

Return pickup is available in select pin codes. Where unavailable, customers must self-ship the product using a reliable courier service.

A Rs. 100 return and restocking fee applies to all accepted returns. This amount will be deducted from the total refund.
3. Exchanges
Exchanges are available only if:

The received product is defective, damaged in transit, or the wrong item was sent.
Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery and include a valid unboxing video as proof.
Only one exchange per order is allowed.
For eligible size-based products, an exchange handling fee of Rs. 150 may apply.
Exchange will be delivered in 3-5 business days
4. Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, the refund will be processed as follows:

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 8–15 working days after inspection and approval.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued through bank transfer or UPI to the customer’s verified account.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Refunds will not be issued if:

The item shows visible signs of use or tampering.
-
The original packaging is missing or damaged.
-
The unboxing video is not provided.
-
The product fails quality inspection after return.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
To cancel your order, please contact us immediately at Silnovoinfo@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +91-8445706770.
Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Refunds for prepaid cancelled orders will be processed within 1–2 working days.
Frequent or repeated cancellations may lead to account restrictions or order refusal in the future.
6. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged item, the wrong product, or your order is missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
You must provide a clear unboxing video showing the issue from start to end.
Without the video proof, replacements or refunds cannot be processed.
Replacement product will be delivered in 3-5 business days
