Shipping Policy

We’re committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and affordably across India. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Shipping Locations

Silnovo currently ships across India to all serviceable pin codes through trusted courier partners, including Bluedart, Delhivery, Ecom Express, ShadowFax, and XpressBees. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Prepaid orders are given priority during dispatch. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may require verification via call, WhatsApp, or SMS before being processed. Orders that remain unverified may be cancelled automatically.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 working days

  • Tier 2 and Tier 3 Cities: 3–6 working days

  • Remote or Rural Areas: 5–8 working days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier partner operations, weather conditions, strikes, or other unforeseen events beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available on all orders above ₹499.

  • A standard shipping charge of ₹49 applies to orders below ₹499.

  • In rare cases, a remote location surcharge may apply. Customers will be notified before dispatch if this occurs.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your order on the courier’s website.

If you do not receive your tracking details within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact our support team for assistance.

6. Delays and Unavailable Delivery Areas

Silnovo is not responsible for delays caused by courier delays, natural disasters, lockdowns, or any other circumstances beyond our control.

If your delivery address is in a temporarily unserviceable area, our team will reach out to you to offer a full refund or hold the order until services resume.

7. Missed or Undelivered Packages

If a delivery attempt fails due to the recipient being unavailable, the courier will usually make another attempt. Please ensure that your provided address and phone number are accurate and reachable.

If the courier cannot contact you or deliver after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, additional shipping fees may apply for re-dispatch.

8. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

COD is available for select pin codes only. A small COD handling fee may apply where applicable.

All COD orders must be verified before dispatch. Orders that remain unverified or have repeated failed delivery attempts may be cancelled or blacklisted at Silnovo’s discretion.

9. International Shipping

Silnovo currently does not ship outside India. For export or bulk purchase inquiries, please reach out to our support team directly.
